    No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.

    Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

  • 2. Money-Back Guarantee for Services

    Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with the treatment or service provided, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You can request a refund within 30 days of your service with no questions asked. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • 3. Training Program Cancellation

    Full Refund: If you cancel at least 7 days before the start of a training program, you will receive a full refund.

    Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

    No Refund: Once the training has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

  • 4. Non-Refundable Items

    Certain products or services labeled as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase will not qualify for refunds.
